A group of us are doing a morning hike around sterling forest this 4th ofJuly. This is a great opportunity for anyone who needs to get some fresh air and sun. Here are the detailsLocation:
Sterling Forest State Park

Date and time:
July 4th, 2007.
Everyone must meet at 8AM at hiking location.
the hike will go no later than 1:00pm.
What to bring:
This is not a difficult hike as it is mostly flat. But be sure to bring a good pair of shoes, sunscreen, water, snacks, and some bug spray.
For fishermen/women , you might want to bring a pole.
For photographers- this is a great opportunity to take some shots, so bring your camera.
For socializers - we will find a nice spot near the lake for us to chat and snack for a while.
